Company Background
Miller Vein is a unique healthcare company committed to improving lives, one vein at a time. But we're so much more than a vein clinic. We're a movement. A fast-paced, high-energy team working to make healthcare better for our patients, our teammates, and our communities.
Our patients regularly tell us their experience at Miller Vein wasn't just the best medical visit they've ever had, but one of the best customer service experiences they've ever received. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because we hire people who genuinely care.
We've earned multiple Best Places to Work awards because we believe exceptional patient care starts with exceptional teammates. We hire for attitude, kindness, and character. Skills can be taught. Genuine compassion cannot.
Our culture is built around six core values. Together, they spell HiTECH, reminding us that while we use advanced technology, it's our people who truly make the difference.
- Humble Service – We put others first with genuine compassion and care.
- Integrity – We do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
- Teamwork – None of us performs as well as all of us.
- Excellence – We pursue continuous improvement every day.
- Can-do Positive Attitude – We embrace challenges with optimism, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Happy to Go the Extra Mile – We love exceeding expectations for our patients and teammates.
We're a team of competitive, ambitious people working toward a bold vision: becoming the nation's leading provider of vein care by 2030. We believe the way to achieve that goal is by building the best-trained, happiest workforce imaginable. When our teammates thrive, our patients thrive.
