We provide compassionate care to individuals in crisis, urgent need, or requiring short-term medication stabilization—all while driving innovation across the behavioral health space.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a strategic and operational partner to executive leadership, delivering high-level administrative support while coordinating enterprise-wide projects and cross-functional initiatives. You’ll act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and key internal and external stakeholders, playing a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission.

Your Role & Impact

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel logistics, and communications; act as gatekeeper and point of contact for scheduling and coordination.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings, investor updates, and internal discussions.
  • Attend executive meetings, take minutes, track action items, and ensure cross-functional follow-through.
  • Lead and track key strategic projects and organizational initiatives.
  • Maintain enterprise dashboards and ensure project alignment across Clinical, Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and Compliance teams.
  • Assist with grant submissions, tracking, and reporting deadlines.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate strong executive presence in all interactions.
  • Problem-solve proactively and drive forward momentum across priorities.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare Administration preferred)
✔️ 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, project management, or consulting
✔️ Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other Office Suite tools
✔️ Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
✔️ Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential matters
✔️ Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams or projects
✔️ Must be able to work onsite regularly at our Scottsdale corporate office and local clinics
✔️ Experience in healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred
✔️ Grant writing or management experience a plus
