Progressions Outpatient Coordinator

Our Progressions Program provides structured outpatient care designed to support patients as they transition from higher-acuity treatment. As a Progressions Outpatient Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of the program, ensuring patients, families, and community partners experience seamless, supportive, and professional service. You will be a central point of contact for both patients and the care team, coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and assisting with patient needs to keep the program running smoothly.

Your Role & Impact

  • Greet and welcome incoming patients, community members, and visitors as an ambassador for the Progressions Program

  • Register patients in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), verify insurance, and collect co-pays/payments

  • Coordinate outpatient scheduling for patients, Navigators, and Therapists to ensure accuracy and timeliness

  • Assist with patient intake and discharge processes, including supporting therapists during escalating situations

  • Assist with involuntary Title 36 processes when needed

  • Maintain accurate patient records, complete necessary paperwork, and support billing processes

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries while maintaining confidentiality

  • Collaborate with finance, facilities, and clinic teams to support daily operations

  • Participate in required supervision sessions and trainings

What We’re Looking For

✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
✔️ Previous medical scheduling experience (required)
✔️ Strong verbal/written communication and exceptional organizational skills
✔️ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
✔️ Professional, composed, and solution-oriented under pressure
✔️ Comfortable working with patients experiencing mental health crises
