Client Director

London, UK (hybrid)

Client Director - Hybrid (2 - 3 days in High Street Kesington Office)

Are you ready to lead change at the top of the business world?

You know there's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to behaviour change. Neither do we. As a Client Director at MindGym, you'll bring that belief to life — crafting personalised behavioural interventions that help global brands like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Audi and Zurich turn strategy into real, human action.

You’ll be speaking with senior decision-makers in HR and L&D, getting under the skin of their people and performance challenges, and guiding them toward fresh, science-based solutions that actually stick. This isn’t just selling — it’s sparking change where it matters most.

What makes this role different

You’ll join a creative, client-first team that combines behavioural science with commercial rigour. Expect autonomy, high standards, and support that helps you succeed. You’ll:

  • Lead on major commercial opportunities — from six-figure deals to multi-year, multi-million-pound partnerships

  • Build brand-new relationships and grow existing ones

  • Shape tailored, scalable solutions that truly make a difference

  • Learn and use our unique approach to bite-size behavioural change

What’s in it for you?

  • Uncapped earning potential, backed by a strong commission structure

  • Average deal sizes of £100k to £1m — with larger, longer-term wins in reach

  • Freedom to shape how you work, with the tools and team to back you

  • A high-performing, supportive culture where good people thrive

  • A hybrid model: part-remote, part in our beautiful HQ on High Street Kensington (opposite a very good bakery)

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Love the challenge of big, complex sales and enjoy building long-term client relationships

  • Are energised by outreach and bringing new logos into the fold

  • Get excited by behavioural science and want to use it in your work

  • Are used to owning the full sales cycle — from lead sourcing to closing the deal

  • Are happy working at pace, with plenty of freedom and trust
