Role Summary
An expert in all things people (performance management, management development, diversity, equity & inclusion etc.), presenting Mind Gym’s point of view to customers so that it provokes and excites. Taking ownership of strategic account management, our VPs navigate complex and matrixed environments to gain consensus across multiple buyers; all while proposing suitable solutions from Mind Gym’s unique and innovative service offerings.
Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Generate new leads and opportunities focusing on the expansion of Mind Gym’s key accounts and net new client growth.
- Expand Mind Gym’s warm accounts by on-selling & up-selling.
- Understand where the value is created in your accounts and equip your clients to build consensus with the people in their business who count and can lead to action.
- Close deals from $50k-$3m, with an average sales cycle of 6 to 12+ months.
Critical Attributes
- Demonstrable experience in consultative enterprise B2B sales, securing new business, and growing existing accounts.
- Ownership of the end-to-end process from initial conversation, through to proposal generation and final pitch.
Essential Qualifications
- Consultative seller with 15+ years experience selling an “intellectual” B2B service, securing new business, and growing existing accounts.
- Ability to influence transactional buyers/functional leaders.
- Consistently meets or exceeds financial goals.
- Drive to build your part of the business semi-autonomously.
KPIs
- 2-3+ million+ quota targets in past roles.
Base salary range: $160,000 - $185,000 + Commission
