Sales Enablement Manager

London

London/Hybrid (2 - 3 day in office)

Salary/Comp; £70k - £75k base + bonus

Ready to elevate enablement at scale? We're looking for someone to take everything we’ve built so far in sales enablement—tools, training, content, processes—and make it sharper, more strategic, and more impactful. You’ll be the expert voice guiding what great enablement looks like across MindGym, and the person the business turns to when it wants to sell more, better, faster.

What you’ll be doing..

You’ll be our Sales Enablement Manager, building a function that:

· Delivers strategic, high-impact enablement initiatives

· Develops onboarding and training that ramps up reps fast—and keeps them sharp

· Creates tools, playbooks and assets reps actually want to use

· Tracks what’s working and fixes what’s not, based on data not guesswork

· Brings together Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops to drive consistent performance

You’ll own key projects like Sales Kickoffs, onboarding programmes and content strategies. While you won’t manage a team directly, you’ll have help from across the business and be the go-to lead for making sales enablement successful.

Why you’ll love it here...

· You’ll take a good foundation and make it great, with full backing from leadership

· You’ll work closely with smart, kind people with creative ideas

· You’ll see your work drive real change—fast

· We offer autonomy, flexibility, and a deeply collaborative culture

· You’ll join a team that believes inclusion and belonging power performance

You’ll be great in this role if…

· You’ve built or evolved sales enablement at scale, ideally in B2B

· You know your way around Salesforce, Gong, and enablement platforms

· You’re equally comfortable delivering a sales kickoff or diving into data

· You lead with strategy but love getting stuck into the detail

· You’re collaborative, commercially sharp, and allergic to fluff

· You’re a natural coach who helps others level up
