At MindGym, you’ll shape the future of Learning & Development (L&D). You’ll work on behavioral diagnostics, engaging microsites, and live instructor-led training—both virtual and in-person. You'll also bring emerging tools like AI, gamification, and adaptive learning into the mix to reimagine what impactful learning looks like.

As a manager and strategic thinker, you’ll lead and mentor a talented team of designers and artworkers, ensuring everything we create is not just beautiful—but purposeful and built to scale. You’ll collaborate closely with behavioral scientists, instructional designers, and engineers to craft experiences that feel effortless and stick deeply. • You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• You’ve led digital design projects at scale

• You have a deep understanding of UX, service design, and design thinking
