Partner Manager APJ

MinIO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Manager to lead and expand our partner ecosystem across the APJ region. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and accelerating revenue through channel partners and system integrators.
What You Will Do
Partner Strategy & Relationship Management
- Define and execute the APJ partner strategy aligned with global objectives
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact partners (resellers, SIs, OEMs)
- Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and executives
Go-To-Market Execution
- Develop and drive joint business plans with partners
- Collaborate on co-selling opportunities and pipeline generation
- Enable partners with training, certifications, and sales tools
Revenue Growth
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and partner performance metrics
- Drive deal registration and channel engagement programs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Support regional campaigns, events, and partner marketing initiatives
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product and strategy
Partner Enablement
- Deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training
- Ensure partners are equipped to position and sell MinIO solutions
- Support technical enablement in coordination with solutions engineering
Your Skills and Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience in partner/channel management, preferably in cloud, storage, or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of the APJ market landscape (Korea, India, ASEAN, Japan)
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems (VAR’s, SI’s)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness to travel across the APJ region as needed
