Junior Sales Analyst

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Analyst who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how a sales team operates behind the scenes.
In this role, you’ll support our Sales and Revenue Operations teams by helping keep our Salesforce data clean, accurate, and up to date. This work is essential for our sales and GTM teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience with sales operations, CRM systems, and data management.
What You Will Do
- Keep Salesforce data clean and up to date on a daily basis (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and key fields)
- Review records to make sure required information is filled in correctly
- Fix missing or incorrect data and help remove duplicates
- Support simple day-to-day administrative tasks for the sales team
- Work with teammates to make sure data is entered consistently
- Help improve processes over time by spotting patterns or issues
Your Skills and Experience
- 0–2 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail—you care about getting things right
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Interest in learning Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback
- Ability to work remotely and stay self-motivated
- Any exposure to Salesforce or similar tools
- Experience with data entry, admin work, or operations support
