Human Resources Intern

This position provides the chance to engage in a focused area of interest within a company that emphasizes practical, hands-on work experience and professional development.   • Work closely with department teams on meaningful projects that drive business results.
  • Gain hands-on experience by contributing to day-to-day operations, research, analysis, and project execution.
  • Participate in regular check-ins with department leaders and mentors to review progress, provide feedback, and gain professional guidance.
  • Present findings, progress, and insights to the team or department heads.
  • Assist in the development of reports, presentations, and other departmental materials as needed.
  • Leverage opportunities to shadow employees in different departments to expand knowledge and networking.

Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled full-time in a college program and be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
  • Seeking candidates enrolled in a Master of Human Resources program for this highly varied HR internship position.   The intern will assist with HR policy and employment law research, job description reviews, intern program during peak recruitment season and coordination, and other key HR projects.
  • Must demonstrate a strong interest in Human Resources, a passion for research and problem-solving, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Required to work onsite Monday – Thursday between standard business hours with a maximum of 29 hours, hours can be flexible during school term.
  • This is an onsite position, not remote
