Key Responsibilities

New Hire Onboarding

  • Develop a scalable, repeatable onboarding model for Minitab’s global sales team.
  • Facilitate and manage onboarding activities to provide a seamless, best-in-class new hire experience.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify and address gaps in product knowledge, tool utilization, and sales skills.
  • Gather feedback from new hires to refine and enhance the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to schedule and coordinate onboarding activities.
  • Track new hire progress, ensuring successful completion of onboarding and ramp-up milestones.

Sales Enablement & Technology

  • Manage and maintain Minitab’s LMS and related sales enablement tools, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate with marketing, solutions, customer success, and product teams to deliver relevant content and training.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to strengthen the enablement program.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure alignment between enablement initiatives and organizational objectives.

Ongoing Development & Operational Support

  • Provide ongoing training for the sales team to address emerging needs and skill gaps.
  • Support sales operations activities, including CRM hygiene, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Present insights, trends, and recommendations to sales and executive leadership.
  • Maintain awareness of and communicate essential policies and procedures to field personnel.
  • Identify areas for improvement and champion continuous enhancement of sales effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement within a technology/software environment.
  • Foundational understanding of KPI development and selling methodologies in a sales organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience in a global software organization.
  • 1+ years of sales experience as an individual contributor.
  • Expertise in sales skills, methodologies, and enablement technologies (e.g., LMS, CRM).
  • Familiarity with statistical methodologies, Six Sigma, and manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage sales KPIs.

Additional Details

  • Travel: International travel (EMEA/APAC) may be required to support field sales teams.
