Area Marketing Manager

Tokyo Prefecture, Japan

Minitab is seeking an experienced Area Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and customer engagement across the APAC region. You’ll collaborate with global teams, external partners, and the sales team to create and execute marketing programs that accelerate growth and support our expanding market presence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to increase qualified leads across various business segments, including webinars, events, tradeshows, and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on goals and create demand generation plans tailored to the region.
  • Manage relationships with external channel partners and resellers, overseeing joint marketing plans, budgets, and tracking ROI.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to create consistent messaging and content for external communications.
  • Plan, manage, and track marketing budgets and deliver actionable reports on campaign performance.
  • Support regional activities and assist with localization of content for the Japanese market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, solutions marketing, or software marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and experience with social media, PR, and email marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Expertise in working with Japanese content, markets, and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • This role is based from Minitab's Tokyo office.
