Minitab is looking for a Social Media Marekting Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our brand’s presence across social platforms by creating engaging visuals and standout content that captures attention and drives results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design & Create: Produce visually striking content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.

  • Tell a Story: Craft compelling copy and video clips that bring our brand to life and connect with diverse audiences. 

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely across our global marketing teams to align content with campaign goals and brand standards.

  • Keep It Fresh: Stay ahead of social and design trends, bringing new ideas that keep our brand innovative and differentiated.

  • Maintain Consistency: Uphold visual standards and ensure all content aligns with Minitab’s identity across channels.

  • Multi-Channel Impact: Contribute to broader marketing design initiatives—from digital campaigns to promotional materials.

  • Boost & Amplify: Support paid social efforts by creating content that’s optimized for boosting and advertising across platforms.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and video editing tools like CapCut.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content across multiple formats and platforms.

  • Solid understanding of design principles, digital content strategies, and current social media best practices.

  • Experience creating content tailored to major platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest.

  • Strong communication and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).

Pursuant to the Illinois pay transparency laws, Minitab is posting a reasonable estimate of a compensation range for this position. At the time of posting, the estimated Illinois range is $75,000-$85,000.  Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the level of relevant experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The range is based on a full-time work schedule. Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary performance bonus.
