  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances, Product and Professional Services to identify and deliver growth opportunities
  • Recruit, develop and retain a high performing, geographically distributed sales team
  • Coach the team on territory planning, account strategy, pipeline development, forecasting, negotiation and closing
  • Ensure disciplined use of CRM (Dynamics) and sales processes to provide visibility, predictability and accountability
  • Stay close to market trends across the UK and Northern Europe, particularly within manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and analytics adoption

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience building, leading and developing enterprise sales teams
  • Strong background in enterprise software, ideally within analytics, manufacturing, engineering or industrial technology
  • Experience selling across UK and EMEA markets, with an understanding of different regional buying behaviours and business cultures
  • Deep expertise in consultative and value based selling
  • Ability to clearly articulate how technology delivers measurable business value, including quality improvement, cost reduction and operational efficiency
  • Experience building executive level relationships within complex, matrixed organisations
  • Strong commercial discipline across account planning, pipeline development, forecasting, negotiation and closing
  • Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills

Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in enterprise software sales, including SaaS and/or on premise solutions
  • 3+ years leading regional or enterprise sales teams
  • Strong track record of delivering against challenging revenue targets
  • Experience working across UK and Northern Europe, ideally including the Nordics
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, engineering or industrial sectors is highly desirable
  • Experience with subscription and recurring revenue models
  • Strong cross functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Professional Services
  • Experience developing and growing strategic enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with Dynamics CRM is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% across the UK and EMEA North, with occasional wider international travel

How you work

  • You combine strategic thinking with hands on commercial leadership
  • You create clarity, accountability and momentum within your teams
