Regional Manager, Renewals

Hilversum, North Holland, Netherlands

We’re Hiring: Regional Manager, Renewals EMEA at Minitab

Location: Hilversum, Netherlands | Office based

We’re looking for a commercially minded people leader to develop our EMEA Renewals team and help shape a growing function within Minitab. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on team leadership with commercial strategy, driving predictable renewal outcomes, securing multi-year revenue and reducing churn across a regional book of business worth approximately US$15m–$20m.

You may already manage a Renewals team, or lead an Inside Sales team against revenue targets. We’re interested in both backgrounds: your ability to coach people, own a revenue number and improve performance is what matters.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead, coach and develop six Renewals Specialists and Senior Renewals Specialists across EMEA.
• Own team performance against revenue and retention targets, strengthening forecasting accuracy and accountability.
• Help the team lead value-based customer conversations, negotiate effectively and secure multi-year agreements.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Field Operations to improve customer outcomes.
• Build scalable processes, balance workloads and improve execution in a high-volume environment.
• Step into complex or high-risk renewals to support the team and protect revenue.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• 5+ years in renewals, sales or account management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• At least two years of direct people management experience within Renewals or Inside Sales.
• Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets and evidence of team performance against them.
• Strong financial acumen, forecasting and negotiation skills.
• A commitment to coaching, developing talent and continuous learning.
• The ability to build cross-functional partnerships and lead through change.

Experience managing subscription renewals and retention metrics would be valuable, but we also welcome Inside Sales Managers with transferable commercial leadership experience.

Strong English communication skills are required; Dutch is not essential.

If you enjoy developing people, driving commercial results and shaping how a team grows, we’d love to hear from you.
