Chief Product Officer

Minno is an early-stage, investor-backed media and technology company based in Nashville focused on improving Christian families' lives through media and technology.  We’re looking for a remarkable Chief Product Officer to lead our product strategy, development, and roadmap for our subscription-video-on-demand (SVOD) app ecosystem.

Minno was founded in 2019 by Erick Goss and Dan Raines.  Erick and Dan recognized that most Christian parents were frustrated with their media options and were looking for shows and streaming options that reflected their faith and values, designed specifically for kids.  With a desire to provide the tools to foster faith and fun for the next generation of Christians, Minno was born.

We have built a business experiencing triple-digit revenue growth with over 20 employees. Our executives are industry leaders from companies like Amazon, PBS KIDS, Duolingo, HarperCollins Christian Publishing, and Capital Christian Music, as well as major studios and entertainment brands and various start-ups.

Minno serves kids and families through:

  • Minno Kids, our industry-leading ad-free streaming video app and primary revenue driver
  • Minno Originals, our breakthrough original children’s programming like the Laugh & Grow Bible for Kids and Young David
  • Minno Kids YouTube channel, one of the fastest-growing children’s channels
  • Minno Press, our children's book publishing unit that includes the award-winning and bestselling Laugh & Grow Bible for Kids

Minno differentiates itself in three areas:

  • Experiential excellence with top-tier competitive quality that changes expectations and raises the bar for Christian content.
  • Safe, curated, kid-friendly, Christian-consistent, entertaining, engaging, age-appropriate, and Biblically aligned content.
  • Practical support is needed to cultivate faith, invite conversation, and foster spiritual growth.
  • A destination that values the global church and its diversity and honors people as image bearers of God.

As a public benefit corporation, Minno is committed to helping kids and their families experience Jesus every day through media and technology. This mission drives everything we do, from content creation to product development.

We've recently closed our Series A funding round, positioning us as well-capitalized for continued expansion. We're seeking a visionary leader to help drive our next phase of growth and innovation.
