Position Overview
Minno is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Brand and Creative Strategy team. This role will provide critical operational, administrative, and logistical support to ensure that the marketing team runs smoothly and efficiently.
The Marketing Coordinator will handle day-to-day operations such as creative asset management, expense and budget tracking, swag and event logistics, and scheduling support for the CMO & Head of Brand. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to contribute to both the administrative and creative sides of marketing.
This role is designed for someone early in their career who is eager to grow into a marketing generalist position while ensuring excellence in execution today. Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Operations: Manage creative asset organization, file naming, and platform logins.
- Budget Tracking: Support marketing spend oversight by monitoring invoices, bills, and expenses; prepare monthly budget summaries.
- Event & Conference Support: Coordinate swag orders, vendor communication, and shipping; assist with logistics for conferences and marketing events.
- Administrative Support: Provide calendar management, scheduling, and EA-style support for the Head of Brand.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Mission Alignment: Uphold Minno’s voice and values in all tasks, while demonstrating humility and flexibility in daily responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience in marketing coordination, operations, administration, or related support roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage details across multiple projects with accuracy and timeliness.
- Experience in budget tracking or expense management preferred.
- Exposure to event coordination, logistics, or vendor management a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable balancing administrative tasks with marketing support
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive); familiarity with Asana, Canva, or other marketing tools preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and “no-task-too-small” attitude.
- Adaptable and resourceful in shifting priorities and tasks.
