Creative Commercial Manager

Role: Creative Commercial Manager

Location: London, UK 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

The Creative Commercial Manager will be largely responsible for assisting the central creative solutions team with creative commercial expansion and global creative studio management. The role sits within our global product organization and is technically classified as a Product Manager title, however the role responsibilities fall more within a commercial product realm. Additionally, this role will directly manage the UK studio and dotted line manage creative studio leads across North America and Australia.

In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:   

  • Creative Commercial Strategy
    • Capture and curate commercial creative needs, problems, and opportunities and work with creative studio teams to produce custom creative for pitches, rfps and other communications
    • Strategize with commercial leadership across markets to increase creative adoption
    • Assist on global pitches to support new advertiser adoption
  • Creative Quality and Innovation
    • Manage and collaborate with Creative Studio leads to ensure consistent high creative quality and team efficiency
    • Lead creative studio innovation in pre-sale concepting, feature exploration and best practice enhancements
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Working with internal stakeholders, building relationships and working across differences to find solutions
    • Host regular trainings for various functions across the business
    • Crisp and clear communication to external partners/clients or internal stakeholders; flexing communication style to persuade others and influence positive outcomes 
  • Innovation
    • Produce new solutions for creative adoption through collaboration with client partner teams, creative studios and central product teams
    • Acting with curiosity. Finds new and better ways of working, then applies or implements solutions to unarticulated needs, new or existing market requirements. Open to receiving and trying new ideas, processes or ways of working.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years project management or account management experience in an advertising agency, design studio or comparable creative department
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of completion
  • Previous people management experience
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with adobe creative suite, creative management platforms (Sizmek, Celtra, Innovid) and DSPs (Xandr, DV360, TTD) is a bonus
  • Extremely detail-oriented, problem solving, and decision-making skills
