As a member of the Account Management team, you will be in the unique position to work closely with individuals from other departments including Sales, Trading, Analysis, Product, L&D and Marketing; not only within the UK but across our Global footprint. This presents a fantastic opportunity to gain a holistic view of the business and how it works. As the department, and business, are growing rapidly there is scope for you to really make this role your own.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative duties
    • CRM – Opportunity & IO management
    • Tracking & communicating your pod’s priority campaigns
  • Pre-campaign management
    • Pre-campaign sheet, Creative, Pixels collection and support
    • Project manage 3rd party relationships
    • Implementation of the MiQ product suite – CiQ, Motion, Elevate etc
  • Troubleshooting
    • Creative testing
    • Amendments to setup
    • Commercial firefighting
  • Campaign activation
    • Send screenshots and organise reporting
    • Assist with benchmarks & upweights
  • Support rebooking completion
  • Insight Planning
    • Inputs – Considering client objectives, client challenges, vertical specific insights & macro factors.
    • Internal project management
    • End of Campaign – Manage delivery of insights back to client
  • Finance administration
    • PO gathering
    • Reconciliations & invoice queries
  • Supporting client engagement via hot desking, client calls, AiQx demos & other entertainment
  • Maintain highest level of service both internally and externally

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Working in a team environment
  • Client facing and/or customer service experience
  • Client Services/ Sales Support / Ad-Ops background advantageous but not required
