THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to work in our dynamic global marketing team to help us scale our marketing efforts around the world. 

Your role will encompass operations across internal and external platforms, projects and events. Your responsibilities will include optimizing marketing processes, managing marketing technology and analytics, and enabling our marketing teams to plan, execute and evaluate campaigns effectively and efficiently. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, campaign management, and a strong understanding of marketing principles. You’ll be the lynchpin between our global and local marketing teams, global product marketing, and our in-house creatives, making sure our  marketing and communications reach the right people to drive business results. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

Strategy: 

  • Proactive in enhancing MiQ marketing operations in order to facilitate lead generation, nurturing programs and effective reporting.
  • Develop and drive marketing database strategies and execution in relation to growth, segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness.
  • Design targeted marketing programs for prospects generated through global campaign activity to bolster local activation strategies and ensure a seamless connection to all global and local marketing campaigns.  
  • Optimise our MiQ website to increase traffic, onsite conversions and lead content generation.

Analytics and reporting: 

  • Have measurement of business outcomes at the forefront of mind to inform campaign strategies and optimization - deliver a monthly and quarterly ROI report for marketing and business leadership.
  • Provide ongoing analysis reports for all global marketing campaigns -  actively monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the status of marketing initiatives, return on investment, client acquisition and client nurturing.
  • Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders, helping to inform decision-making.
  • Be across local commercial goals to support local marketing teams with reporting that aligns marketing performance with business growth.
  • Support internal comm strategies and initiatives with performance and engagement reporting. 
  • Assist in the management of the marketing budget, tracking spending and ROI on campaigns and initiatives.

Operations 

  • Manage the day-to-day running of HubSpot, including the sync with Salesforce, to optimise process and set-up and ensure continual improvements and consistent use by all teams.
  • Work with the Global Marketing team and Executive Board members  to deliver internal global all hands to the highest standard. 
  • Manage the internal briefing and Monday.com processes for the Brand Creative team and the rest of the business in partnership with the Global marketing manager. 
  • Own the marketing reporting dashboards and reports, overseeing the management and integrity of marketing data, ensuring accurate reporting and analytics. 

Lead generation and nurture

  • End-to-end campaign management of all global marketing awareness and engagement campaigns focussing on enhancing campaign reporting and evaluation and nurturing leads down the funnel to sale.
  • Partner with our Global commercial marketing manager to drive Account Based Marketing initiatives with our global partnership clients alongside our global commercial team and local markets to grow and deepen those relationships.

Collaboration: 

The global marketing operations manager is an integral central stakeholder of the marketing team and MiQ business. Specifically, they will work closely with:

  • Global marketing team - Creating brilliant internal and external marketing programs through close collaboration with all members of the team, leading on operations, and enhancing the team’s skills and ways of working through training and process optimization.
  • Local marketing teams - Acting as a consultant to our local marketing teams to share best operational practices. Ensuring seamless connection to all global and local marketing campaigns. 
  • Global Commercial team - in partnership with the Global commercial marketing manager, connecting commercial strategy to global marketing campaigns.
  • Global Business Intelligence team - Connecting marketing to the wider business platforms and ensuring end-to-end data flow and reporting for MiQ. 
  • Salesforce team - Working with them to ensure mapping between the systems provides the highest visibility and accessibility to drive marketing and sales performance.
  • Research and Analysis team - Tracking marketing performance and unearthing insights on MiQ’s target audience for continued optimisation.
  • MiQ IT team - Making sure our website and platforms are working seamlessly. 

Partner and platform relations: 

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology, partner relationships and platform synchronisation between Salesforce and Hubspot, One Trust Integration, Workday, Prismic, Seismic and Google Analytics, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Be a key point of contact for our marketing operations consulting firm and a key driver in the success of Project Golden Gate, our ongoing CRM optimisation project; to achieve a unified customer view and scale business growth.

MiQ, industry and product knowledge

  • Be an expert in our brand, product offering and our audiences. 
  • Sound understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem and the vendor-agency-advertiser dynamic.
  • Adept understanding of the advertising industry, and a curiosity of what the future holds.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations and CRM system management to power marketing programs 
  • Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Experience in B2B sales and marketing programs
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field)
  • Experience managing projects and assignments independently
  • Experience of successfully collaborating across teams and geographies
  • ThoughtSpot or other Business Intelligence platform experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Analytics (preferred)
