Role: Programmatic Trader

What you’ll do

As a Trader in our Trading department, you’ll have the chance to:
- Set up of campaigns, i.e. end to end campaign ownership, including monitoring optimizations, develop campaign strategy, and ideate with Sales, Account Management, and Analysis teams
- On going general campaign analysis and optimization
- Trading decisions (Bidding and buying of online media)
- Regular monitoring of each campaign’s performance
- Working with Sales, Account Management, and Analysis Team to ensure campaign performance is strong, the client objections are being met, and ensure outcomes are reflected in the insight reports
- Liaising with the MiQ’s Analysis Team to ensure “We look for the correct variables” in each campaign
- Retaining clients through delivering against ROI objectives including achieving a variety of KPI’s and optimizations
- Scaling campaigns; increasing bookings month on month
- Regular client reporting and feedback
- Ongoing tracking Generating end of month billing reports for clients
- Custom campaign planning, management, and reporting
- Working with MiQ’s business support teams on the following:
- Ad Trafficking
- Client Reporting and Insights
- Screenshots
- Pixel Generation
- General troubleshooting
- Ongoing communication with international counterparts to ensure global standards are met (ie, Europe, US and India)
- Managing client relationships specific to client performance by collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and Strategy teams
- Maintain a working understanding of the company structure and analysis platform and products
- Working with local and global legal teams on Smart Camp Automation
- Working with local Trader Manager to assist in market OKRs
- Complete ad-hoc tasks
Who are your stakeholders?
The Trader will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with Sales, Account Management, Product, Analysis and R&D teams.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ year of experience trading in DSP(s)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills are essential
- The ability to work with large datasets in advanced Excel files
- A working knowledge of statistical models
- A start-up mindset
- Attention to detail and the ability to proactively solve problems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative skills with both internal and external teams
- Coding experience is a plus
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accountability
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem-solve, work independently, and identify potential risks
- Flexible and adaptable as a team player with strong communication skills
- A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
