Senior L&D Associate - Sales Trainer (Contract)
Role: Sr L&D Associate - Sales Trainer (Fixed Term Contract through 2025)

As a Sales Trainer in the Talent department, you’ll:
- Design and develop training solutions:
- Collaborate with our product, product marketing and marketing teams to assess change impact and training resources required to meet learning objectives for our commercial teams
- Design, plan and create self directed, virtual, blended and in person learning experiences relating to our products and technology
- Apply instructional design methods with subject matter experts to create learning resources that will have impact for our learner
- Prep facilitators and SME’s as facilitators, through train the trainer sessions
- Coordinate product training roll out
- Manage materials and version control across multiple personas and geo’s to keep all stakeholders on the right track
- Work independently to manage deadlines, organise stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness, adapting content and approach as needed.
- Curate learning paths in our LMS and across internal resources and tools (e.g. wiki, salesforce support)
- Build relationships
- Influence internal stakeholders, build relationships, and work across differences to find solutions/ identify gaps
- Deliver engaging training that excites and hooks our teams in to wanting to know more
What you’ll bring
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training role, preferably in ad-tech, media, tech or SaaS environment
- Passion for designing learning solutions and creating impactful learning experiences for sellers, account managers and people managers.
- Experience with different learning modalities including live, virtual, and online.
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment of change and ambiguity, pivot during change and maintain a positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; speaks and writes clearly.
- Flexibility to work across varying time zones
- Familiarity with Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Articulate Storyline and/or Workday Learning is a bonus

Pay Transparency
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $70,000-$90,000. Please note: since this role is a fixed term contract the annual salary is pro-rated for the amount of time you work with us. This range may vary for positions outside of New York City as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
