As an Account Manager, you will be in the unique position across the JAPAC region to work closely with individuals from other markets and departments including Sales, Trading and Data & Analytics; across our regional footprint. You will be responsible for the account management and growth of our existing business, keeping our clients happy, and ensuring that MiQ revenue streams remain strong while diversifying. As the department and business are growing rapidly, there is scope for you to really make this role your own.
As an Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Campaign Management, Key Account Growth & Planning
- Proactively collaborate with in-market Account Managers, Trading & Sales on campaign management, upweight, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Produce and maintain Account Plans designed to monitor account growth and identify & plan for growth opportunities within key accounts
- Collaborate with Sales team to lead QBR planning & production for key accounts in SEA
- Support Operations lead with weekly insight on evolving growth expectations for top accounts
- Support Operations lead with details on account growth and key trends as part of monthly Management Accounts rhythm
- Provide detailed insights into key growth trends for the upcoming quarter & rest of the year
Quality Assurance and Customer Service
- A high attention for detail and timeline oriented to ensure we meet the goals of local teams and clients accurately and on time
- Play a key role on post-approval campaign bookings, set-up and resources to ensure client activity is launched efficiently and accurately
- Support both standard and advanced reporting, to ensure client activity is reported efficiently and accurately
- Create and adhere to processes that mitigate errors and improve accuracy, and when data discrepancies occur, take a proactive and prompt approach to resolve conclusively
Insight Delivery
- Proactively connect multiple data points to drive solutions for clients
- Work with Trading & Analysis to identify insight-driven takeaways to drive incrementality through unlocking opportunities rooted in learnings / recommendations
- Give constructive and concise feedback throughout campaigns
Strategic Thinking
- Leverages our data to identify strategy for clients to share and build our client's brand
- Able to adjust team or patch focus and priorities based on new information while holding the bigger picture
- Listens to stakeholders and clients to understand their needs, proactively asking questions to gather more content and details
- Actively guides clients towards longer-term MiQ solutions in the Analytics space

- Individually can view problems in new ways, and consistently suggests novel approaches for all types of challenges; at the same time is able to drive a culture of innovation amongst team members
- Proactively seeks to pilot, validate, and improve new ideas or methods

What you’ll bring
- At least 2 years client facing experience in programmatic or digital Media
- Client Services/ Sales Support/ Ad-Ops background
- High level of organisation and conscientiousness
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive
