Title: Chief of Staff
Location: Chicago or New York City
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Chief of staff to help drive forward the strategic priorities of our US business. You will play a pivotal role in refining, overseeing, and orchestrating critical initiatives to support these priorities. You will report directly to the US Co-CEOS and work closely with the US Executive Team and other leaders in our business to shape and deliver our strategy.
This position requires a blend of leadership, change management, analytical thinking, and operational acumen.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- CEO & Leadership advisor:
- Be an advisor to the Exec team – respectfully challenge thinking and support in decision making
- Help to manage and improve the focus and efficiency of the Exec team, including how they prioritize and what they are focused on – both collectively and individually
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication within the Exec team and across the organisation.
- Serve as a liaison between the Co-CEOs and other executives, senior departmental leaders, and external stakeholders
- Strategic Planning and Alignment:
- Help to define and assess the strategic priorities of the business each quarter.
- Develop strategic and operational plans for each project and track progress
- Understand the broader context of the organization and anticipate changes that may impact project outcomes
- Project Delivery & Management:
- Drive priority initiatives forward for the Co-CEOs, including coordination, project Management, and tracking of relevant KPIs
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct research and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the implementation of new initiatives driven by the Co-CEOs and monitor project outcomes.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report progress.
- Governance:

- Manage governance committees, including setting agendas, ensuring relevant materials are on hand, and guiding discussions.
- Track OKRs and hold leaders accountable to commitments.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in a strategic role, preferably in a fast-paced environment (adtech industry experience is a plus).
- Proven project management experience with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong communication and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient at multitasking and can manage multiple priorities during high-intensity periods.
- Demonstrated experience in change management.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects

Pay Transparency
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New Yorkand takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $180,000-$210,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
