We are seeking a motivated, dynamic Global Commercial Enablement Director to support our growing global team. 

Reporting to the VP, Global Product Marketing, you will lead our global commercial product enablement efforts. Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Marketing team leaders, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on how we go-to-market with our technology and media solutions.  This includes both the strategic conceptualization of the sales enablement approach in line with company and product goals, and working with global and local commercial team leads to execute those strategies. You’ll use your talent for project management, collaboration, messaging, communication and product, market and customer knowledge to ensure success.

If you are a seasoned, independent Product Marketing or Sales Enablement pro with a keen attention to detail, a track record of building strong relationships to enable sales teams, and an understanding of the programmatic media industry - we want to hear from you. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the global product marketing team, your main responsibility will be to support our product go-to-market and commercialisation efforts through:

Increasing content usage

  • Own and streamline MiQ’s enablement tech stack and GTM processes. 
  • Drive sales and AM adoption of systems/ processes for surfacing sales content.
  • Work with other PMMs to drive an increase in the quantity and regularity of snackable sales enablement content releases across our product suite (e.g. sales email templates, insights, one sheet, talk tracks, FAQs, competitive kill points, newsjacking paragraphs, packages etc)

Decreasing ramp-up time for sales

  • Collaborate with L&D team in creating a sales onboarding program that covers MiQ’s products and how we sell them
  • Own the execution across stakeholders of go-to-market training programs for our tier 1 and 2 global product launches: including product updates, market trends, objection handling, and value selling techniques, and pitch or demo practice methods.

Monitoring impact metrics

  • Regularly report on usage and effectiveness of collateral assets and training across product marketing
  • Build effective measurement frameworks for go-to-market adoption
  • Develop systems and process for customer feedback data collection and interpretation

Shortening the sales and partnership cycle

  • Develop sales cycle analysis to inform strategy around selling our products such as pricing, prospecting process, upselling, custom segmentation etc
  • Leverage and automate platform usage data to inform and improve commercial success

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Proven work experience as a Product Marketing, Sales Marketing, or Sales Enablement professional - 5+ years
  • Strong commercial understanding of the programmatic industry
  • Track record in designing and executing successful sales enablement programs, including training 
  • Proven ability to create attractive commercial product packaging content such as offers or bundles 
  • Experience working with key sales enablement systems such as Seismic, Gong, Glean, Salesforce, Thoughtspot or other similar platforms

  • Creates compelling product storytelling, positioning and messaging  based on a thorough understanding of MiQ’s market, products and clients needs
  • Commercially minded, with an ability to build attractive promotions, packaging and pricing models.

COLLABORATION:

  • Builds strong positive stakeholder relationships in order to influence people and reach objectives
  • Understands global cultural differences in communication and adapts accordingly.
  • Proactively open and transparent on work priorities and progress with all stakeholders
  • Approaches change and the need for agility with a positive attitude.

COMMUNICATION:

  • Can speak clearly and empathetically to all of MiQ’s audiences - internal and external
  • Adept at making complex product information easy to understand
  • Flawless command of the English language; written communication is always compelling, mistake free and in MiQ’s Tone of Voice.
  • Creates a range of suitable content outputs that showcase a detail-orientated approach, an eye for design, and are always within MiQ’s brand guidelines
