As a Sales Manager in MIQ Brasil, you’ll have the chance to:
Drive new business: Prospect, qualify, and close deals with agencies and brands, focusing on building long-term relationships and incremental revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results.
  • Partner with internal teams: Collaborate with Account Managers, Traders, and global specialists to design and execute programmatic strategies.
  • Educate the market: Represent MIQ in client meetings, industry events, and thought-leadership opportunities, positioning MIQ as a unique programmatic partner.
  • Forecast and report: Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Achieve targets: Consistently hit or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Leverage data and tech: Use MIQ’s proprietary technology, data science, and analytics to differentiate our solutions and deliver client value.
  • Expand MIQ’s footprint: Identify opportunities to grow share of wallet within key accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-market: Work closely with LATAM colleagues to share best practices and build regional opportunities.
  • Be an ambassador of MIQ culture: Live MIQ’s values, fostering collaboration, curiosity, and accountability.

What you’ll bring 

  • 7+ years of experience in digital media sales, preferably with agencies, trading desks, or adtech companies.
  •  Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms (DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath) and understanding of DMPs/CDPs.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem: agencies, data providers, measurement tools, and publishers.
  • Excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of data-driven marketing and how to use analytics to tell a story and sell solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment, building processes and relationships from the ground up.
