MiQ China Outbound team leverages leading platforms such as DV360, Amazon DSP and other global technologies, combined with proprietary data and analytics, to deliver full-funnel programmatic marketing solutions

 

Role Overview 

We are looking for a high-potential and versatile programmatic sales professional to join the MiQ China Outbound team, reporting directly to the VP of China Outbound Business. 

This is a generalist growth role, not limited to a specific vertical, with core responsibilities including opportunity conversion, prospect development, and internal resource orchestration across MiQ’s global network. 

This position is also designed as a future leadership pipeline role, where strong performers will have the opportunity to grow into vertical ownership and team leadership. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Opportunity Ownership & Revenue Conversion 

  • Take ownership of inbound and shared opportunities from agency partners and internal channels
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from qualification to closing
  • Focus on mid-to-small deal sizes with high conversion efficiency and fast turnaround 
  • Independently manage proposal development, pricing and negotiation

2. Prospecting & Pipeline Development 

  • Proactively build and expand a structured prospect pipeline across China outbound advertisers, including but not limited to:
    • Consumer Electronics (3C) 
    • DTC / Cross-border E-commerce 
    • Travel & Hospitality 
    • Finance and other emerging outbound sectors 
  • Continuously develop new business opportunities through agency and direct client engagement 

3. Sales Strategy & Pitch Development 

  • Develop and refine compelling sales narratives and pitch materials 
  • Translate client business objectives into competitive programmatic solutions
  • Support strategic initiatives led by VP, including market mapping and go-to-market planning 

4. Programmatic Solution Expertise 

  • Build strong expertise across MiQ’s core programmatic capabilities, including: 
    • Multi-DSP activation (e.g. DV360) 
    • YouTube / CTV / video solutions 
    • Data-driven audience strategy and measurement frameworks 
  • Act as a solution consultant to bridge client needs with MiQ offerings 

5. Global Resource Orchestration 

  • Leverage MiQ’s global network to identify and mobilise best-in-class capabilities 
  • Navigate internal processes efficiently to deliver client solutions 
  • Collaborate with AMs, Traders and cross-market teams to ensure successful execution 

 

WHO YOU ARE

1. Skills & Capabilities 

  • Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem, digital marketing and brand strategy 
  • Ability to independently manage sales cycle and develop client solutions 
  • Solid analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability 
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English

2. Experience 

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic sales 
  • Experience working with China outbound advertisers or agencies preferred
  • Exposure to industries such as 3C, e-commerce, travel or finance is a plus

3. Personal Attributes
