MiQ China Outbound team leverages leading platforms such as DV360, Amazon DSP and other global technologies, combined with proprietary data and analytics, to deliver full-funnel programmatic marketing solutions

 

Role Overview 

This role will take charge of developing and expanding MiQ's programmatic advertising business in the auto, finance, and travel industries for China outbound (Export) business. You will be responsible for building deep cooperative relationships with key clients and agencies in these sectors, formulating targeted sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets while enhancing MiQ's brand influence in these vertical fields.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Business Development & Client Expansion 

  • Proactively develop new clients in the auto, finance, and travel industries. At the same time, maintain and deepen partnerships with existing key clients to promote continuous business growth.

2. Revenue Target Achievement

  • Set reasonable monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets based on MiQ's business development strategy and the market characteristics of the auto, finance, and travel industries. And formulate actionable sales plans to ensure the successful achievement of these revenue goals.

3. Industry Expertise & Brand Promotion

  • Act as an evangelist for programmatic advertising in the verticals.  Organize industry workshops, product demonstrations, and case sharing sessions regularly. Educate clients on the value of programmatic advertising in scenarios like precision user positioning for new car releases, risk - controlled promotion of financial products, and customized marketing for travel routes.

  • Keep a close eye on industry trends, such as the application of programmatic advertising in new energy vehicle marketing and the compliance requirements of financial advertising. Then combine MiQ's technical advantages to highlight the company's competitive edges to clients.

4. Team Collaboration & Solution Optimization

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Client Services, Trading, and Data Analytics. Ensure the smooth implementation of client advertising campaigns and timely optimize strategies according to data feedback to improve campaign effects.
  • Work with the product team to provide insights into the needs of the auto, finance, and travel industries. Promote the customization and iteration of MiQ's programmatic products to better adapt to the unique marketing demands of these sectors.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Collect and analyze market dynamics and competitor information in the programmatic advertising field of the three industries. Identify business opportunities and potential risks in a timely manner and put forward corresponding strategic suggestions.
  • Summarize successful sales cases in the auto, finance, and travel industries. Update the sales toolkits continuously to support the overall sales work of the team.

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Have 5-10 years or more of digital advertising sales experience, with priority given to those who have work experience in programmatic advertising. Candidates with client resources or sales experience in the auto, finance, or travel industries will be highly preferred.
  • Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. There should be evidence of successfully converting client business objectives into feasible media proposals and driving the implementation of large - scale advertising projects.
  • Have experience in cooperating with advertising agencies or direct clients. And be familiar with the procurement process and decision - making chains of programmatic advertising in the auto, finance, and travel sectors.
  • Have a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSP, DMP, Ad Exchange, and other core concepts. And be able to explain MiQ's technical advantages and product characteristics clearly to clients.
  • Master excellent sales and negotiation skills. Be capable of building long - term and stable cooperative relationships with clients at all levels, from senior decision - makers to execution teams.
  • Be sensitive to market data and industry trends. Be able to adjust sales strategies flexibly according to the changes in the auto, finance, and travel markets.
  • Be fluent in both Mandarin and English, which can meet the needs of business communication with international clients and internal global teams.
  • Have strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities. Be able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and ensure on - time delivery with high quality.
  • Have a proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently. And be willing to accept challenges in a fast - paced and dynamic market environment.
