About the Job: 

We are looking for a high-impact Chief of Staff to amplify the effectiveness of our co-founder and CEO, Philippe Corrot. In this pivotal role, you’ll work side-by-side with our CEO to drive strategic priorities, streamline operations, and help shape the future of the company. This is a rare opportunity to influence decisions at the highest level of a fast-scaling global tech company. 

This role is based at our Global Headquarters in Paris and there will be some travel from time to time to the US and our other offices.

Missions:

1. Support and Represent Founder & CEO in day-to-day operations

○ Represent the CEO in selected meetings - drive decision-making process and follow-through

○ Provide reporting on the business to give a 360 view on any relevant topics

○ Monitor company’s performance, through a set of accurate and relevant KPI provided by different departments (e.g., FP&A, Customer Success), thus enriching the decision capabilities

○ Prepare speeches for internal meetings (e.g., product launch, Summit keynote) and external engagements (e.g., government initiatives, trade shows)

○ Do a press watch on competition and any topics that could be interesting for Mirakl (e.g., platform economy)

○ Support on ad-hoc initiatives

2. Lead and facilitate internal governance and communication

○ Prepare and facilitate internal governance and communication (monthly company keynotes, kick-off meetings, gatherings, ...) with agenda definition, coordination of support preparation and consolidation of next steps and follow-up

○ Support the annual strategic plan

○ Help on the preparation of the annual strategic board

3. Drive transversal projects

○ Steer and support company-wide projects, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality delivery with stakeholders, from high-level monitoring to deep project management & analytics (pricing, strategic partnerships, global tools to support the business)

○ On specific projects, help break silos and act as a sounding board to new ideas

Requirements:

● Minimum 5-year experience working in consulting or in tech

● Fluent in English and French

● Strong analytical skills

● Attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and organizational skills (project management)

● Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

● Flexible, able to adapt to a fast-scaling environment

● Experience in team management would be a plus
