This is a 6-month internship starting in January 2027, based in our Paris office.

The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Legal team, working directly with Shahinez Dris, our Sales Legal Counsel. 

Your Impact

  • Support client contracting activities: Participate actively in the client contracts team's work, including internal preparation meetings before client/prospect negotiations, exciting client meetings, and drafting and reviewing various contractual documents (SaaS T&Cs, consulting agreements, NDAs, DPAs, procurement documents)
  • Manage contract administration: Handle contracts from signature to internal distribution to relevant teams, including recording in internal tools (CRM, CLM), and occasionally manage administrative tasks and follow-up on amicable or pre-litigation collection matters (formal notices, settlement agreements), in collaboration with lawyers for litigation
  • Conduct legal research: Respond promptly to legal research requests on various topics (competition, e-commerce, GDPR, etc.) from other legal teams (product compliance, DPO) or internal clients
  • Contribute to process improvement: Support all tasks within the legal department aimed at improving internal processes and witness a unicorn's growth from the inside
  • Collaborate across teams: Work effectively in an international team environment, supporting various legal and business initiatives

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:
  • Currently enrolled in a Business Law / IT Law program
  • Ideally, previous experience in a similar environment
  • Strong interest in e-commerce and our industry
Skills:
  • Autonomous, determined, and proactive approach
  • Strong listening, coordination, and organizational abilities
  • Excellent proficiency with IT and office tools
  • Creative mindset with interest in innovative compliance management solutions
  • Interest in personal data (a plus)
  • French: Native or bilingual proficiency
  • English: Fluent (written and spoken)
