To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Manager, Customer Success Consultant. 

Your Impact:

As we continue to expand our UK & Nordics operations, we are seeking an experienced Manager, Customer Success Consultant to focus on go-to-market strategy and growth consulting for our UK & Nordics B2C clients. Equipped with strong business expertise and excellent communication skills, the Manager, Customer Success Consultant will assist Mirakl clients in defining their marketplace model and strategy. You will provide distinctive insights to enterprise corporations across various market specializations and ensure they can deploy effective tactics within the marketplace arena.

What you will do at Mirakl:

  • Build and grow a team of top-performing consultants with world-class expertise on helping customers implement complex enterprise SaaS products and thrive post launch
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within our clients' organisations and be identified as a key strategic advisor. Formulate Quarterly Business Reviews to key executive stakeholders outlining performance, opportunities for growth and potential blockers.
  • Lead by doing on top strategic accounts by becoming an expert on the platform and helping your teams provide on the spot recommendations when it comes to improving their strategy and operational processes

What Mirakl is looking for in a Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of operating experience inside a Direct to Consumer company and/or experience working as a Management Consultant.
  • A strong background in eCommerce is essential, and consulting experience would be a plus.
    • Experience with eCommerce strategies and procurement processes. Specific knowledge in marketplace business models is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a team lead or hands-on coach would be beneficial but is not required.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to present to executives, drive consensus, and champion change.
  • The ability to adapt to different company cultures and create solid business relationships with key stakeholders within our clients' organisations.
  • Ability to adapt and navigate large client organisations and create strong business relationships with client key stakeholders.
  • Travel required to be on-site with the clients (~30%)

 

 

*** The ideal candidate will be required to work from our Soho office three days per week, with the option to work from home two days a week. However, Tuesdays are designated as team days and must be spent in the office.***
