Your Impact:
Mirakl, the industry’s leading enterprise marketplace SaaS platform, is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join our global sales enablement team. This role is critical in ensuring the success of our revenue teams by driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our enablement programs. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Enablement, the GTM Sales Enablement Manager will ensure our revenue teams are equipped to sell across the entire Mirakl Suite of Solutions. In this role you will have the opportunity to work directly with our new hires and Platform teams. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement initiatives with the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, leveraging the latest tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance the learning experience.
What you will do at Mirakl:
- Own, Evolve, and Execute the Onboarding Programs: Own the sales onboarding programs for all new hires of Mirakl’s suite of solutions across the AMERAPAC regions including curriculum development and certification. Coordinate with subject matter experts and facilitators to ensure timely and effective delivery of onboarding sessions.
- Continuous Learning: Act as the Platform team's POC for feedback, insights, and recommendations. Establish a feedback loop with GTM stakeholders through call listening, field input, and lead coaching and development initiatives to help the team achieve their goals.
- AI-Driven Sales Enablement: Utilize GenAI tools to personalize training, amplify creativity, and ensure just-in-time learning to provide engaging programs for new hires.
- Tool Ownership: Be the key point of contact for teams to encourage best practice and monitor KPIs.
- Sales Enablement Expertise: Use your proficiency in sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDPICC) to improve high-quality training content, certifications, and supports both onboarding and ongoing sales success.
- Performance Optimization: Own 30, 60, 90 day certifications, track onboarding effectiveness, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve new hire performance. Be a trusted partner to hiring managers providing feedback on new hire performance and recommend adjustments as needed.
What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate:
- Sales Enablement Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, or a related field, with a focus on onboarding and training sales teams.
- Onboarding Experience A passion for creating onboarding programs that align to company goals and who is motivated to help new hires be successful.
- AI Expertise: Experience working with AI tools to optimize sales enablement processes, with a focus on using AI for training personalization and performance tracking.
- Tool Ownership (Gong, HubSpot, etc.): Demonstrated experience managing and leveraging tools such as Gong and Highspot to streamline onboarding and sales enablement initiatives.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to create impactful training materials and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple initiatives and programs simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A relevant Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- SaaS Industry Experience: Experience in the enterprise SaaS or technology industry, with a focus on sales enablement. Sales experience is highly preferred.
- Methodology Proficiency: Proficiency in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale) are a plus.
- Global Experience: Experience working in a global capacity is a plus.
