Chief Product Officer
Location: Paris

Mission:
As the Chief Product Officer, you will play a pivotal role in steering Mirakl's product vision and strategy in two main products: Mirakl Marketplace & Catalog, and Connect. 

Reporting to our Chief Technical Officer, and working closely with our CEO, your responsibilities will include:

  • As a member of the Management Team, contribute to the deployment of Mirakl's strategy with a particular focus on enhancing the Product strategy and supporting the growth of Mirakl as a whole.
  • Demonstrate decisive leadership in evaluating project investments and making timely decisions with an ROI approach
  • Ensuring that Mirakl's various products work effectively together
  • Manage, steer, and develop the Product and Design teams (~50 people), encouraging a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Engineering and Data teams, ensuring alignment with Mirakl's overall business goals.
  • Define and track key product performance metrics to measure business impact and ensure product initiatives directly support Mirakl's strategic objectives.
  • Implement best product management practices to ensure the Tech department operates at peak performance and productivity, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong client-centric approach combined with a keen business orientation, ensuring that product decisions drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Possess a strong ability to understand technical constraints and challenges, balancing them with business needs to make informed decisions and ensure optimal outcomes
  • Proven experience coming from a software solution environment (SaaS), demonstrating a deep understanding of software product development and market deployment.
  • While not mandatory, experience in the ecommerce sector is a plus, providing valuable insights into market dynamics and customer needs.
