Join our dynamic People Team as a People Operations Specialist, reporting to the Manager, People Ops EMEA & C&B. In this key role, you will be responsible for operational excellence across the EMEA region, managing the entire employee lifecycle.
With over 500 employees in France and Europe, you will be instrumental in optimizing HR processes and practices and contributing to an ambitious People Operations team focused on process excellence and automation, ultimately delivering a seamless and efficient employee experience.
Your main responsibilities
Be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle management, including:

Onboarding: Collaborate with People Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a great pre-boarding and onboarding experience for Mirakl’s new hires.

Contractual Documentation: Prepare and manage all contractual documents throughout the employee lifecycle (employment contracts, amendments, etc.), ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Local Payroll Management: Lead payroll management cycles and manage relationships with local payroll providers (Spain, UK, Germany, etc.), while driving initiatives for global payroll automation.

Employee Experience: Oversee daily People Operations and act as the main point of contact for employees, providing essential information and guidance throughout their journey (leave management, payroll, etc.).
Benefits Management: Regularly benchmark local benefits offerings and ensure that our benefits catalog aligns with both employee expectations and the company’s C&B strategy.
Processes & Tools: Build and automate HR tools to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency to lead transformation initiatives in our People Operations roadmap.
About You
Experiences
-
Minimum 3 years in People Operations or HR Administration.

Strong grasp of People Operations, with a specialization in at least one of these areas: staff administration, payroll, or compliance,

Demonstrated ability to manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.

In-depth knowledge of French labor law is essential; international HR experience is a plus.

An interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in People Operations and HR automation is desirable
