Your Impact

As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 6–8 Account Executives focused on acquiring new customers across the SMB and mid-market (MM) segments. You'll drive execution, talent development, and revenue performance, playing a key role in scaling the Mirakl Connect business.

What You Will Do at Mirakl

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage a team of 6–8 AEs, providing hands-on coaching, clear direction, and performance management to meet and exceed individual and team quotas.
  • Drive Customer Acquisition: Execute sales strategies that accelerate new customer acquisition in both SMB and Mid Market/Enterprise segments, with a focus on outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
  • Coach for Impact: Deliver ongoing skill development around pipeline generation, discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing, tailored to the different motions of SMB and MM sales.
  • Optimize Sales Execution: Monitor key performance metrics, implement scalable processes, and help improve forecasting accuracy, conversion rates, and overall sales efficiency.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market campaigns, product feedback loops, and onboarding.
  • Cultivate a Winning Culture: Foster a team environment built on transparency, accountability, learning, and results.

What Mirakl is Looking for in a Candidate

  • Sales Leadership Experience: 3–5 years of people management experience leading 6+ AEs, ideally within a B2B SaaS or e-commerce platform context.
  • Proven Track Record: Success driving new business in both SMB and Mid Market/Enterprise segments with a deep understanding of full-cycle sales and territory management.
  • Sales Experience: Experience closing SMB and Mid Market/Enterprise opportunities.
  • Process-Oriented Operator: Experience refining and scaling sales processes, coaching frameworks, and leveraging data to improve outcomes.
  • Data-Driven: Strong command of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive accountability.
  • Clear Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on clarity, motivation, and alignment across levels.
  • Agile & Accountable: Comfortable operating in a high-growth, dynamic environment where priorities shift and results matter.
