You will join a Data team where you will play a key role in integrating AI within Mirakl. As an AI Engineer, you will actively participate in designing and developing AI agents to automate business processes, improve team efficiency, and contribute to product innovation at Mirakl.

The position is open to either a permanent contract or freelance, with the option to be based in Paris or work fully remotely from France.

Your mission 

• Design and develop AI agents to automate internal workflows & optimize business efficiency & outcome 
• Partner closely with Mirakl teams (tech, product, sales, customer success etc) to experiment, identify & assess use cases, design & deploy AI solutions
• Own the complete cycle from discovery to MVP release and successive iterations
• Implement reusable frameworks & tool to accelerate development while ensuring scalability (evaluation, monitoring, testing, deployment)
• Explore emerging AI paradigms, evaluate new tools and technologies, and maintain active technology watch

You'll Love This Job If you have 

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering
• Proven experience building AI agents using LLMs, RAG, MCP and related technologies
• Production deployment expertise - you've shipped AI solutions to real users
• Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one additional programming language
• End-to-end project ownership - strong autonomy and ability to drive projects from concept to completion
• Business acumen - you understand business challenges and excel at translating requirements into practical solutions
• Cross-functional collaboration - you enjoy working with diverse teams and teaching non-technical stakeholders
• Curiosity and continuous learning - you stay current with AI/ML trends and love exploring new technologies
• Strong communication skills in both English and French
