Business Analyst Internship

The Team You'll Join

You'll join the Customer Success team led by Max Manager, Customer Success - UK & Nordics, working alongside 1 Customer Success consultant. Our mission is to help Mirakl's clients successfully launch, optimize, and grow their marketplace by guiding them through implementation, analyzing performance, and driving continuous improvement through actionable strategies.

6-month internship starting in July 2026 I Located in London Soho.

Your Impact

  • Perform insightful business analyses: Dive deep into client marketplace performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and propose actionable strategies that enhance results and drive growth
  • Develop engaging client materials: Create compelling presentations and workshop materials in English that captivate and inform clients, helping them understand their marketplace performance and strategic opportunities
  • Conduct market research: Research the e-commerce landscape to uncover trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities that inform client strategies and Mirakl's product direction
  • Drive cross-functional projects: Collaborate on high-impact internal projects with international teams, contributing to initiatives that strengthen Mirakl's position as an industry leader
  • Support CS leadership: Provide strategic support to the leaders and managers of the Customer Success Team, assisting with daily activities and special projects that ensure exceptional client outcomes

What You'll Bring to the Role

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Business, Economics, or a related field

Experience

  • Deep interest or first experience in the e-commerce industry

Skills

  • Detail-oriented with very strong analytical skills
  • Creative problem-solver, able to work well independently and collaboratively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, capable of creating compelling data visualizations and presentations
  • Able to handle challenging business situations with professionalism and creativity
  • Comfortable working in a highly motivated, diverse, international team environment

Languages

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) required
