Senior Account Executive - Mirakl Ads

The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our EMEA Ads team led by Octavie Gosselin, VP Ads. The team consists of 7 professionals covering the EMEA region. Together, you'll be empowering businesses to monetize their eCommerce web traffic across both marketplace and first-party offerings while delivering more value to advertisers, marketplace sellers, and publishers.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy for Mirakl Ads aligned with quota expectations across your EMEA territory
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end—from initial engagement through technical validation, legal negotiations, and contract closure—to drive new customer acquisition
  • Build deep expertise in Mirakl Ads and position yourself as a trusted advisor on retail media benefits, differentiators, and market challenges
  • Navigate complex organizations to establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at retailer organizations
  • Own and sustain a strong, healthy sales pipeline while collaborating with internal teams to advance opportunities and ensure smooth client onboarding

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:
  • Proven track record in selling Retail Media or Marketplace SaaS solutions with consistent over-achievement against quota
  • Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem including DSPs, ad servers, APIs, and data-driven advertising solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize pipeline and accelerate sales cycles to meet quarterly targets
  • Experience navigating business sales situations requiring ROI demonstration and solution-selling approaches
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience building relationships across multiple stakeholder levels

Languages

  • English: C2 level (required)
  • German, French, or Dutch: a plus
