The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Global Product organization led by Jean-Yves Simon, Chief Product Officer. Together, you'll be building and owning the operating layer that makes Mirakl's product machine run : turning data, signal, and process into sharper decisions, faster execution, and a roadmap the whole organization can trust.

Your Impact

  • Own product analytics end-to-end : instrument and report across Heap, Contentsquare, and Amplitude; build the dashboards PM leadership and Product Marketing rely on for trade-off calls and strategic decisions
  • Build and run the customer feedback loop : design the intake and synthesis pipeline for customer signal (feedback, tickets, sales input, usage data) and partner with Customer Success from raw signal to actionable roadmap input
  • Centralize and coordinate the product roadmap : create clear visibility across teams on what's shipping, what's blocked, and what's next; facilitate planning cycles and business reviews with structured, decision-ready inputs
  • Keep the product toolstack functional : administer Productboard and Jira so they remain a working system, not a ticket graveyard; define the governance that keeps data clean and workflows purposeful
  • Build and maintain internal AI agents : design automation flows and Dust agents that remove manual work from PM workflows (spec drafting, meeting synthesis, backlog triage, reporting); own agentic product management practices and enable Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales to self-serve off product data sources

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:
  • 5+ years in product operations, technical program management, or product management in a SaaS or platform company
  • Proven track record of building a system or process from scratch
  • Technical background: engineering, computer science, or a builder-track PM path
  • Experience reading data models and discussing architectural trade-offs directly with engineering teams
Skills:
  • Product analytics: comfortable instrumenting, querying, and building dashboards that drive decisions
  • AI agent design: able to scope, build, and iterate on automation flows and LLM-based agents
  • Systems thinking: designs for resilience and knows when to kill a process that isn't working (including one you built)
  • Cross-functional fluency: works naturally across PMs, designers, product marketers, and customer-facing teams
  • Autonomous execution: comfortable clearing unmapped ground without a defined playbook

Tech Stack

  • Agentic & automation: Dust, n8n, Claude
  • Product analytics: Heap, Contentsquare, Amplitude
  • Product tooling: Productboard, Jira
  • Design collaboration: Figma
