Business Analyst Intern

We are open to candidates looking for a six-month, full-time internship starting in January 2027.
 

1. The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our B2C Customer Success team (EMEA North), led by Patrick Luetjens, and will work closely with your internship mentor, Jessica Winwards, Senior Customer Success Consultant for the UK. Together, you'll be helping Mirakl's clients successfully launch, optimise, and grow their marketplace — guiding them through implementation, analysing performance, and driving continuous improvement through actionable strategies.
 

2. Your Impact

  • Analyse marketplace performance: Dive into client data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that support growth and improve outcomes.
  • Develop compelling client materials: Create presentations and workshop content in English that help clients understand their marketplace performance and strategic opportunities.
  • Conduct market research: Research the e-commerce landscape to surface competitive insights and emerging trends that inform both client strategies and Mirakl's product direction.
  • Drive cross-functional projects: Collaborate with international teams on high-impact internal initiatives that strengthen Mirakl's position as an industry leader.
  • Support CS leadership: Provide strategic support to Customer Success leaders and managers, contributing to daily activities and special projects that ensure exceptional client outcomes.
 

3. What You'll Bring to the Role

Education:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Eligible for an internship in London
Experience:
  • A genuine interest in or first experience within the e-commerce industry
Skills:
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including data visualisation and presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Creative problem-solver, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Curious about AI and emerging technologies, and how they can drive business efficiency
  • Professional and adaptable when navigating complex or challenging business situations
