The Team You'll Join:
- Own payroll preparation and HRIS data management โ entering and validating employee data changes, maintaining accuracy across systems, and running proactive audits to ensure compliance and data integrity across payroll and third-party platforms
- Manage the complete pre-boarding experience from TA handoff through Day 1 โ offer letter execution, background checks, I-9 coordination, and system provisioning, while serving as tier-1 support for employee questions through the People Ops HelpDesk
- Build automation into everything you touch โ identify repetitive data tasks and partner with the team to automate workflows, integrations, and processes, treating your role as an opportunity to replace manual work with scalable systems
- Own People team knowledge management on Confluence โ keeping policies, resources, and documentation accurate, organized, and actually useful for employees and managers, while supporting policy rollouts
- Drive workplace experience through event execution โ partnering with the Event Committee on planning while owning day-of logistics, run-of-show, swag management, and making sure AMER events (all-hands, offsites, celebrations) run smoothly
- Interest or internship experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or an HR generalist role
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and basic understanding of payroll and benefits concepts
- Event coordination experience (nice to have)
- Prior exposure to a global or multi-region organization (nice to have)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- AI-curious mindset with eagerness to automate processes
- Excellent written communication
- Organized and comfortable juggling execution work with event-day energy
- Discretion and sound judgment with confidential information
