To support and strengthen the Global Revenue Operations Team, Mirakl is looking for a new Revenue Operations Analyst ideally based in Paris or Bordeaux. 

Role Overview: Builds on foundational knowledge to execute complex analyses, enhance processes, and act as a reliable collaborator across teams.

  • Key Expectations:
    • Conducts comprehensive analyses on pricing, pipeline, forecasting, and other strategic areas to identify trends and inform decision-making.
    • Proposes and supports the implementation of process improvements across RevOps functions, ensuring alignment with broader team initiatives and operational strategies.
    • Engages in collaborative efforts with multiple teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment of business priorities


This role specifically focuses on : 

  • Pricing Analytics & Deal desk : 
    • Contribute to design, or evolve Mirakl product pricing
    • Support Sales team members in pricing offer creation and modeling
    • Create Administrative simulation tools
  • Sales Compensation Management
    • Contribute to design and implement compensation mechanisms in collaboration with Sales Management and Finance
    • Manages monthly & quarterly closing
  • Account Management / Retention Focus
    • Day-to-day support of Account Management team (globally)
    • Customer performance analyses (churn, retention)

Requirements : 

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • From 2 to 4 years maximum on a similar position (as a Sales Operations or Pricing Analyst)
  • A successful experience in a SaaS environment working for Sales Department in B2B
  • Demonstrated ability to deep dive in complex analysis to offer the best deals and being a real business partner
  • Robust hard skills on excel and also sales tools as SalesForce
  • Ability to synthesize and summarize information
  • Excellent proficiency in English as the scope would be expose on EMEA scale
