The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Corporate IT team led by David Lepinay, IT Corporate Director.

The team consists of 7 IT professionals covering 6 offices across Paris, Bordeaux, Boston, London, Munich, and Barcelona, as well as remote workers, supporting a community of 750+ Mirakl employees worldwide. Together, you'll be ensuring the seamless operation of Mirakl's IT infrastructure and empowering every Mirakl worker with the tools and support they need to do their best work.
 

This role is based in our Paris Office, and entitled to 1 day of remote per week.

 

Your Impact

  • Support the IT Director on global projects — including network upgrades, SSO, and tool migrations — and actively contribute to the team's AI automation and scripting initiatives.
  • Administer the device fleet ensuring security compliance, manage IT stock, and maintain the availability and quality of all user-facing equipment (Zoom rooms, mobile fleet, iPads, Mac/Windows devices).
  • Manage our enterprise SaaS solutions (Slack, Zoom, GSuite, Jumpcloud, etc.) and administer our multi-site Meraki network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi).
  • Prepare IT onboarding and offboarding packages for new joiners and departing employees, and manage and process internal support tickets.
  • Provide technical support to 400+ internal users across multiple sites, handling their requests and contributing to incident diagnosis and resolution.

 

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:
  • A first significant experience in IT administration, including SaaS application management and MacOS fleet management with an MDM
  • Proven scripting skills on Windows (PowerShell) and/or macOS environments
  • Previous experience in a multi-site, multi-OS IT environment is a strong plus
Skills:
  • MacOS fleet management via MDM
  • Network administration (Cisco Meraki or similar)
  • SaaS platform management
  • Scripting (PowerShell / macOS)
  • Cloud-oriented IT tools and infrastructure
