With more than 350 people, Mirakl Labs teams are mainly based in France. They work together on a daily basis to develop our roadmap for our 5 SaaS solutions.

They also address the issues faced by our customers and users, responding to various challenges related to new features, scalability, security, and usability.

• Imagine new features and evolve existing ones to improve our clients' performance
• Build and maintain market and product analyses to identify functional gaps and investments to be made
• Manage, prioritize and optimize the functional backlog for the development team
• Collect customer feedback and anticipate their future needs

• The Engineering Manager and development squad during design workshops
• Legal and business teams to launch the most viable solutions possible
• Data Science and Product Design teams to imagine new intelligent features and integrate them into the existing product ecosystem
• Marketing and Go To Market teams to drive launches, create and contribute to internal and external training and support materials
• Product and Recruitment teams to participate in recruiting and coaching Product Managers at Mirakl to nurture our Product culture

• You have at least 5-6 years of experience in Product Management
• You have similar experience within a SaaS software company
• You have significant experience with financial products and processes: factoring/cash advances, billing/collection mechanisms, payment systems, lending platforms, embedded banking integrations
• You have an interest in API design and integration ecosystems
• You have a good sensitivity to data, design and agile topics
• You have demonstrated your communication and interpersonal skills
• You know how to make decisions and show autonomy and initiative
• You support your arguments with concrete facts and analyses rather than assumptions
• You are familiar with an agile development methodology (SCRUM, Kanban...)
• You speak French and English fluently

• You have hands-on experience in a marketplace environment

• A 30-minute phone call with one of our Tech recruiters. This will be an opportunity to discuss your background, your expectations and discover what Mirakl can offer you in return
• A 1-hour Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager, which will allow us to dive into more concrete aspects of your expertise and discover how your skills can integrate into our projects
• 2 x 45-minute Zoom meetings with the Engineering Manager and other future colleagues about our values and company culture
