About the Role:
As a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator you’ll support the execution of marketing campaigns and projects that drive customer engagement, conversion, retention, and servicing outcomes across our business.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and planning of customer communications through Email, SMS and Push channels
- Measuring campaign performance, and working with BI teams to deliver reporting insights
- Assist with the execution and QA of lifecycle campaigns across channels including email, SMS, and push
- Review and maintainance of marketing and communications materials to ensure alignment with brand, legal, and compliance standards
- Coordinate day-to-day project planning, execution, and tracking for lifecycle marketing initiatives that support brand, compliance, and broader organizational priorities
- Support maintainance of reference materials for customer communications and lifecycle planning, including journey maps, communication flows, consumer-facing materials, and campaign documentation
- Provide support for additional projects, campaign execution, and team operations as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional work experience
- Basic understanding of marketing tactics and automation tools
- Basic analytical skils, ability to use spreadsheets; willingness to learn and develop analytics platform knowledge
Details of Position & Benefits:
- Salary range: $45,000 - 55,000 / year
