Product Information Coordinator
Job Summary:
Mishimoto Automotive currently seeks a full-time Product Information Coordinator who is able to quickly and accurately add data to our product information management system (PIMS) and assist in day-to-day duties of the Director of Product Development. This position will compile product data into the PIMS within specified time frames, while matching Mishimoto standards. The Product Information Coordinator role will also let you flex your creative writing muscle and dive into the mind of the consumer to assist the team in generating product detail updates to provide customers with the data they need. This role will need to communicate with employees within different departments professionally and efficiently. The Product Information Coordinator is a member of the Product Team and will report directly to the Director of Product Management.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with multiple Teams to gather and obtain new product information and ensure that data enters databases quickly and accurately.
- Communicate updates to existing product pages to the Ecommerce team.
- Create and execute import/export files from PIMS.
- Build and maintain ACES data.
- Support Product team with accurate data entry processes, data crunching, and data manipulation.
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and consistency of all product page information in Mishimoto’s catalog
- Leverage your automotive expertise to help Customer Experience team members answer questions about Mishimoto products
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Creds:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required. High school diploma plus equivalent and relevant work experience may be considered.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Understanding of automotive systems and products is required.
Extra Credit
- Basic understanding of web coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required
