Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

What you'll do:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Mission Bio Digital Marketing Strategy, processes, technology implementation, and performance analysis, focusing on ROI analysis and quality lead generation.
  • Design and manage  digital marketing programs (search, social, display ads, retargeting, etc)  aligned with global campaigns and brand strategy.
  • Partner with marketing managers to develop, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns with specific KPIs tied to company/business objectives, including writing, editing, and producing digital content including emails, blogs, podcasts, videos, social media posts, and web.
  • Establish processes for centralized digital marketing across segments and regions, optimizing tactics for global reach Analyze data trends to identify  new marketing opportunities and optimize ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and tactical alignment, ensuring success across customer segments and geographical regions.
  • Manage and optimize  digital channel budgets with marketing managers to ensure effective allocation of resources and investment.
  • Manage external contractors across (SEO, web development, and digital strategy) to ensure high quality work on-time and within budget.
  • Execute email campaigns using Pardot, nurturing leads to convert interest into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Lead marketing automation and CRM efforts through Pardot and Salesforce, managing database hygiene and segmentation Develop and manage paid media strategies (Google Ads, social media, third-party vendors), ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Continuously A/B test digital channels, messaging, creative, and landing pages for performance ies, and continuously A/B test channels, messages, creative, and landing pages for performance.
  • Produce engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), leveraging data to drive content strategy.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Min. 8+ years’ experience in customer-driven digital marketing, advertising, or eCommerce from life sciences tools industry 
  • Proficiency in all aspects of online marketing programs using Google AdWords, Display, and paid social networks such as Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and YouTube
  • Extensive experience in successfully working with remote teams and collaborating with marketing managers serving various end users/markets who consistently deliver creative, customer engaging marketing digital programs
  • Experience with planning, executing, and tracking marketing budgets
  • Proficiency in developing content strategies while considering user experience and SEO
  • Understand basic user experience (UX) design and capture the most from content. 
  • Analytics report design and strategy - understanding the appropriate KPIs to show success and setting appropriate metrics and targets; Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Web Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior leaders on a regular basis
  • Experience with learning and testing new marketing best practices
  • 10-15% travel for team meetings, can be remote/hybrid

What can Mission Bio offer you?

The base salary for this role is between $135,000 - $150,000/annually depending on experience.
