Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior NetSuite Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our NetSuite ERP system to support the company’s growth and operational needs. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to manage and improve system performance, user adoption, and cross-departmental processes. This position is critical to driving efficiency and scalability in our operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Oversee the daily operations, configuration, maintenance, and updates of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Customization & Optimization: Develop and implement workflows, scripts, dashboards, and custom records to improve system functionality and align with business needs.
- Integration Management: Manage third-party integrations with NetSuite, including APIs, middleware, and partner applications.
- User Support & Training: Provide technical support, resolve issues, and conduct user training sessions to enhance adoption and effective use of NetSuite.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity, develop standard operating procedures for data entry, and perform routine audits to maintain clean and accurate records.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes, recommending and implementing system enhancements.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements, developing custom reports and saved searches as needed.
Requirements & Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
- Proven experience managing NetSuite modules such as CRM, ERP, Financials, Inventory, and Advanced Revenue Management.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBundler.
- Experience with integration tools like Celigo, Boomi, or other middleware solutions.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
- Ability to design and optimize workflows, saved searches, and dashboards.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across all organizational levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Certifications (Preferred):
- NetSuite Administrator Certification.

We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities– This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $110,000 – $125,000 Annually USD
Total compensation includes US employee benefits, and annual bonus eligibility.
