Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of AI-driven capabilities within our enterprise platform. You will help define how intelligent features are envisioned, built, and adopted to create smarter, more adaptive workflows for clients.
You will collaborate with engineering, design, domain experts, and enterprise clients to shape AI capabilities that balance innovation, usability, and trust.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the roadmap for AI-powered features that modernize enterprise workflows for the platform and its surrounding integrated solutions.
- Drive the vision for how AI can adapt to client-specific needs while maintaining reliability and transparency.
- Balance innovation with requirements for compliance, security, and trust.
- Explore adjacent opportunities for AI features that deliver measurable client value.
Execution & Delivery
- Write clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI-related product features.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver AI features with guardrails, explainability, and user trust.
- Define and track success metrics such as adoption, accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Act as a translator between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.
- Champion progressive adoption of AI — positioning it first as an advisor, then as a trusted partner.
- Evangelize product vision and progress to executive leadership, clients, and prospects in both written and verbal formats.
Team Leadership
- Lead a globally distributed agile team with empathy and cultural intelligence.
- Support technical project managers to ensure agile ceremonies run on time, on budget, and with value across time zones; removing blockers as necessary.
- Foster alignment, accountability, and velocity across diverse teams.
Requirements & Skills:
Required
- 6+ years in Product Management, with at least 3+ in enterprise software for corporate legal or law firms.
- Proven success working with complex, legacy applications and complimenting them with modern capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to design products that can adapt to client-specific requirements.
- Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A metrics-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
Preferred
- Experience in defining or launching AI-driven product capabilities that span but are not limited to: APIs, Text2SQL, NLP, ML, agentic frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), intelligent document processing (IDP), and AI governance.
- Familiarity with enterprise workflows in regulated domains.
- Background in innovation initiatives where emerging technologies were applied to client-facing solutions.
