Job Overview

Mitratech is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Architect to design and drive the technical architecture behind our next generation of AI-powered products and capabilities. This role will be instrumental in shaping how AI is embedded into Mitratech’s enterprise solutions, from intelligent document processing and workflow automation to generative copilots and predictive analytics.

The AI Architect will serve as the technical thought leader for AI solution design—prototyping, evaluating, and implementing advanced models and systems that translate business needs into scalable, production-ready technology. This is a senior individual contributor role: highly hands-on, cross-functional, and strategic in technical depth, but focused on execution rather than team management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. AI Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define the product vision, goals, and roadmap for AI-powered capabilities across Mitratech’s product lines.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation to solve key customer problems in compliance, legal, risk, and HR domains.

  • Develop business cases, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks for AI initiatives.

  • Maintain a clear understanding of competitive landscape and evolving AI technology trends to inform product direction.

2. Product Discovery & Use Case Definition

  • Work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases.

  • Lead ideation and validation for AI concepts through user research, prototypes, and pilot programs.

  • Translate ambiguous opportunities into actionable product requirements and detailed user stories.

  • Collaborate with UX teams to ensure AI features deliver intuitive, trustworthy, and responsible user experiences.

3. Technical Partnership & Execution

  • Collaborate closely with AI Architects, Engineers, and Data Scientists to design feasible, scalable AI solutions.

  • Contribute to discussions on model selection, data strategy, and architectural tradeoffs, ensuring product requirements are well-grounded in technical reality.

  • Partner with engineering to manage delivery timelines, iterations, and deployment strategies for AI features.

  • Define metrics for AI performance and success (accuracy, latency, adoption, ROI).

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

  • Act as the primary bridge between technical and non-technical teams — translating AI capabilities into clear customer and business narratives.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to position Mitratech’s AI features and communicate differentiation.

  • Work with Customer Success and Sales to gather feedback, measure outcomes, and refine the roadmap based on customer adoption and value.

  • Promote responsible AI practices in all aspects of product design and delivery.

Success Metrics

  • Measurable adoption and customer value from AI-powered features and workflows.

  • Increased speed and quality of AI feature delivery through effective collaboration and prioritization.

  • Positive customer sentiment and market recognition for Mitratech’s AI innovation.

  • Clear strategic alignment of AI initiatives with Mitratech’s business objectives.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years focused on AI/ML or data-driven SaaS products.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful AI-powered features or products from concept to production.

  • Strong technical fluency — able to engage meaningfully with engineering on topics like LLMs, RAG pipelines, APIs, data models, and performance tradeoffs.

  • Deep understanding of modern AI/ML ecosystems, including:

    • Generative AI and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

    • AI integration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)

    • Cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to articulate complex AI concepts in a customer-centric, business-oriented way.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in compliance, legal tech, risk, or HR technology.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
